Pro plan subscriptions are billed monthly ($8/month) or annually ($60/year) through Stripe, our third-party payment processor. You authorize us to charge your payment method for recurring subscription fees.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing settings. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial billing periods.

The Cogent Cash team is a collaborative project of independent contributors. Contributors provide the Service in their personal capacities and do not maintain professional indemnity insurance. The Service is provided without warranty of any kind, express or implied.
Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you have paid to us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or SGD $100, whichever is greater.
We are not liable for any investment losses, trading losses, or financial damages resulting from your use of the Service, including reliance on any tools, calculations, or analysis provided.

Either party may terminate these Terms at any time. You may terminate by deleting your account. We may terminate by suspending or closing your account with or without notice.
Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including limitation of liability, indemnification, and governing law) will remain in effect.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Singapore.
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union or United Kingdom, you may also have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
We may modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by email or through an in-app notice at least 30 days before the changes take effect.
